Juliana Afram

Juliana has an extensive background in Sports and Fitness. She studied Fitness Management in Hamburg, Germany in 1999. She worked as an international presenter in the European Fitness and was awarded “Female Newcomer” in 2003. Juliana was introduced to pilates in 2000 taking courses with Polestar and The Pilates Coach®. In 2002 Juliana began working with Power Pilates and was certified in Power Pilates Mat. Since 2005 Juliana has become the Power Pilates representative for Germany. She is a Nike Athlete, Sports Consultant and holds Workshops and Trainings from Moscow to Greece. She also is the leading actress in 5 internationally sold Pilates Videos and owner of Studio 1880- The Pilates Center and Physiotherapy.
