Shari Berkowitz – Power Pilates Director of West Coast Education, Lead Teacher Trainer and owner of The Vertical Workshop in Beverly Hills, CA, is from New York City where she studied The Pilates Method and received her certification with Romana Kryzanowska. She brings to her teaching a varied background from her lifelong career on stage, her successful work with doctors rehabilitating people with severe physical injuries and her extensive training of extreme athletes.
