Dana Eisenstein

Dana Eisenstein grew up in sunny South Florida with a passion to perform. She graduated with a BFA from the Conservatory of Dance at Purchase College and lived her passion as a professional dancer with the Kevin Wynn Collection in New York City for over seven years. Due to her own dance-related injuries, Dana began studying Pilates. As a result of the tremendous success she had in dealing with her own body, Dana began her Pilates certification training which was completed in 1998. She teaches workshops and classes internationally and has integrated Pilates into some of the finest facilties and spas around the world. She has been featured in numerous videos, dvds, and publications and has appeared on the Today Show and ESPN, among others. She plays an integral role in developing Power Pilates continuing education program, she is also certified as a senior level teacher trainer and program director for all of Power Pilates Certification Programs.
