Silvia Gallo

As a native of Brazil, Silvia brings passion and enthusiasm to her clients. She has immersed herself in the teaching of Power Pilates and is an exacting instructress. Being multi-lingual, she is an international ambassador, teaching and translating/interpreting for affiliates in Italy and Brazil. She also holds an original PMA Gold Certificate. Silvia participates extensively in continuing education to deepen her understanding and enable clients to experience challenge and enjoyment while developing strength and confidence in their bodies. She has found in Pilates a wonderful way to grow and age gracefully.
