Carl Kane

Carl Kane joined Power Pilates in July 2008 as the President and CEO. Carl was previously the President and CEO of Trepp, a financial information, analytics and technology company from 2000 to 2005. During his tenure, revenues quadrupled, market share grew from 35% to 95% and the company emerged as highly profitable. Trepp was sold in 2004 to a UK conglomerate. He also spent 25 years as a management consultant, specializing in the entrepreneurial companies in a state of transition. His clients included many smaller private companies in retail, health care, publishing, manufacturing and finance as well as such notable major institutions as Bloomberg LP, Blackrock and PNC. Carl earned a BA in mathematics from Queens College, an MS in computer science from Columbia University and an MBA in management strategy from the NYU Stern School.
