Vania Sacramento

Vania is a Physical Therapist, Physical Educator, specialized in Exercising for better Posture, Authentic Pilates and Power Pilates Certified Instructor, GYROTONIC® Pre-Trainer and GYROKINESIS® Certified Trainer; she also danced for over 20 years.

In 1999, Vania went to NYC where she became an Authentic Pilates Instructor under the guidance of Romana Kryzanovska and Sari Pace. She moved to Boston, MA, USA, where she worked, as a Pilates’ trainer, for 7 year and owned a Pilates and GYROTONIC® studio, The Pilates Place, located in Middleton, MA, USA.

In 2007 Vania opened a Pilates & GYROTONIC® Studio in her home Town, Niteroi, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil: VS STUDIO.
