I love it when regular folks turn their life crusade into a cause that helps others. Jonny Imerman is just one everyday hero willing to help others in need. Imerman, who survived his own battle against testicular cancer, decided that he wanted to help fellow cancer patients. Imerman felt that he lacked the ability to connect with someone who truly understood his daily battle with cancer, trips to the hospital and unpredictable physical changes. Now, people around the world (Imerman has gone international) can connect with someone who lived through a similar trauma and be able to share the ups, downs and everything in between.

The Imerman Angels network continues to grow with over 110 survivors and fighters looking for a match. The matches are based on gender, age, sex, location, marital status, children, and cancer type. How fantastic to have someone support you through your journey via conversations, meetings for coffee and more! What a priceless gift to have someone you can talk with candidly about everything from treatment options to wigs.
