Do you still look at food labels wondering which additives are safe, healthy and chemical-free?  Do you feel like you are reading words that sound like they describe the scene of a hazardous waster crime?  Thanks to Nutrition Action Newsletter, I have a great list for you to print and use when you are shopping at the grocery store to decipher what is safe, what you should cut back on, and what to avoid.
