Looking for some quick, easy steps you can follow to stay young in 2008?  Why not apply some tips from Dr. Mehmet Oz, M.D.  His relatively new book called YOU, Staying Young is the "owner's manual for extending your warrenty" and just in time to establish your plan for the new year. 

Here are some easy tips to follow:

1.  Walk 30 minutes.
2.  Floss and brush your teeth.
3.  Drink several cups of green tea daily along with lots of water.
4.  Take a multivitamin and make sure you are getting adequate amounts of all the B Vitamins along with Calcium, Magnesium, Selenium, Coenzyme Q, Vitamin C, D and E. 
5.  Meditate for 5-15 minutes daily.
6.  Sleep 7-8 hours a night.
7.  Try either a chi-gong or yoga workout 2-3 times per week.
8.  Once a week stock your kitchen with healthy ingredients.
9.  Get rid of any foods in your house containing trans fats, high saturated or omega-6 fats and high fructose corn syrup.
10.  Shop for non-toxic cleaners with labels from Seventh Generation, Ecover, Shaklee and Sun & Earth. 
11.  Get a water filter.
12.  Wash your hands every time you enter your house and leave your shoes at the door to prevent tracking unwanted pesticides and germs into your home.
