Do you have trouble finding jams that are not full of sugar and artificial junk?  I have the perfect new blueberry treat for you!

I remember picking blueberries as a kid on Michigan's Grand Island.  To this day, I love fresh blueberries in the summer.  Their sweet taste and deep color provide tons of antioxidants and very few calories.   Remember, antioxidants are found in many fruits and vegetables and help protect our body against damaging free radicals.   Blueberries have a much higher level of antioxidants than many fruits and vegetables.  This tiny little berry is also packed with Vitamin C & Vitamin E.
