(How to) and (Where to) are often asked questions regarding the most
efficient and safest ways to spot. As a teacher, how much or how little
should I spot? In this workshop, Bob will share his experience as to the
“How’s” and “Why’s” of correct spotting. You will work on all apparatus,
but the focus will be on intermediate Mat and Reformer exercises.
