BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE MAT CLASS

You’ve passed beginner and intermediate mat certification programs and now you want to expand your skills. Come to this workshop and learn how to teach a group class on two levels using your skills of voice, rhythm, personality and variations. We will experience, teach and learn new vocabulary.

Pre-requisite: Attended a Beginner/Intermediate Mat programs.
