BIOMECHANICAL PRINCIPLES OF THE PILATES WORKOUT: PART 1

This workshop explores the optimal anatomical placement of the body. We take a closer look at the powerhouse and the shoulder girdle, both in rest and motion. We discuss how this relates to the goal of the pilates method and also work the “Pre-pilates” exercises to see how they deepen the principles.

Pre-requisite: Instructors and clients who have extensive apparatus
experience.
