CHALLENGE AN INTERMEDIATE CLIENT WITH ADVANCED TECHNIQUE

In the span of 4 hours we will uncover how to challenge the intermediate client with advanced flow, technique cue and breath. To completely integrate all teaching components not just by adding exercises, but by layering the teaching formulas.

Pre-requisite: Completion of Intermediate Mat program, enrollment/ completion of Comprehensive or System Training. Must own and bring current Intermediate mat manual.
