CLIMB THE TOWER

Are you frustrated with so many exercises to choose from and no particular order? This workshop starts from the ground up (literally) and is designed for you to leave with the skills/tools you need to create your own intermediate and advanced level class utilizing the Tower. We will “climb the tower” together to learn sequences of exercises that make sense.

Pre-requisite: Open to teachers and students with intermediate level
skills.
