EXTREME MAT MAKE-OVER

Are your teaching cues getting muddled? Can you teach open level class with ease? This workshop is for all instructors who need a concise review of both beginner and intermediate teaching formula and technique. The goal of this workshop is to continue refining your set-up, action, precision, flow, voice and cues.

Pre-requisite: Completion of Intermediate Mat program, enrollment/completion of Comprehensive or System Training. Must own and bring current Intermediate mat manual.
