INTERMEDIATE REFORMER REVIEW WITH VARIATIONS

This workshop is ideal for instructors and strong intermediate level clientele who want to review the exercises, transitions and variations of the intermediate Reformer. We will focus on optimal technique in regards to performing and teaching aspects, as well as the progressions to the advanced level.

Pre-requisite: Instructors and clients with intermediate level Reformer experience.
