PILATES MAT WITH THE BALLECOREŽ BARRE

Utilizing the BalleCoreŽ Barre with Mat work is a creative approach to exercising the body and mind. This workshop includes beginner and intermediate repertoire Mat exercises integrating the BalleCore Barre, along with magic circle and other standing exercises. Using the BalleCore Barre helps to improved body awareness; shoulder stability; core access and better control; additional power and precision; and builds endurance as the exercises become linked together with greater precision. The result is a unique, versatile and challenging experience for the student and pilates instructor.

Pre-requisite: Open to instructors and students with intermediate Mat experience.
