SUPER ADVANCED MAT

For those who want to add an extra challenge to the Advanced Mat work. We will play with rhythm, breath, range of motion, and of course add some new and exciting vocabulary to the Mat. In Romana’s words this is work for "star pupils!" This workshop will challenge you to discover new variations of the known Mat work in your body. And we'll add a greater demand of control for both Precision and Flow!
