More than the ordinary challenge! In this workshop you will learn or review the Jumpboard exercises suited for advanced clientele. The Jumpboard offers an element of cardio with another challenge for the Powerhouse. Come prepared to move, sweat and have fun! Prerequisites: Instructors and clients with intermediate level reformer experience. |

| Climb the Tower w/ Julie Hegge Cordier
This workshop will work with the true tower - the Guillotine, an archival piece of equipment that Joseph Pilates invented. You will be familiar with some of the exercises but learn how an exercise like "the Tower" goes to another level with the Guillotine. There are also unusual exercises that are only done of the Guillotine that you will learn about that will transport you to Joe's world of gymnastics with a circus flair! This is a fun workshop to become acquainted with a little known but original Joe-invented apparatus. Prerequisites: Open to teachers and students with intermediate level skills. |

| Arm/Baby Chair Basics w/ Julie Hegge Cordier
The Baby Chair, also known as the Arm Chair can pack a powerful punch. Don't let the name deceive you! In this workshop you'll learn some of the basic exercises of this underused and less familiar apparatus. This workshop will have you feeling your secondary powerhouse and opposition in no time! Prerequisites: Open to all instructors and clients. |

| Real Men Do Pilates w/ Julie Hegge Cordier
This workshop will help instructors work more effectively with a growing client base, male clients. Common patterns of muscular imbalance and weakness among men will be addressed, as well as specific ways to improve them. You will also learn techniques that will assist men in integrating key concepts of strength, stability, stretch and stamina into a well-balanced and challenging workout. Prerequisites: Open to instructors and clients with mat and apparatus experience. |
