	Power Up Your Pilates Mat Class w/ Anne Marie Schultz Our goal will be to explore the many and varied ways to recharge your Pilates mat class and keep your clients coming back for more. We will take an indepth look at how to utilize the Power Pilates Tool Kit, which includes the Power Pilates Teaching Components and Pilates Principles that will enhance your effectiveness as a teacher and inspire your class to move. We will also take a look at how to "Power Up" the hour with the use of small props and choreography. Prerequisites: Open to all Instructors
