A Reformer Class is a group apparatus class with a maximum of 5 people. Sessions will combine the Reformer, Wunda Chair, mat & tower exercises. Everyone will workout in unison with no modifications and very limited hands on assistance from the teacher who will guide you through your workout. Clients will progress together as a group.

Special cases, injuries, extreme imbalances: this is the next level of understanding injuries or special needs and how to work with them. We'll explore the importance of the Beginner System and of understanding the primary powerhouse first, then how to adapt these concepts when special cases present themselves. We will focus on lower back, neck issues, pregnant and overweight clientele.

Buckle up; we are going to move on the Tower. Experience a non-stop-class incorporating classical Pilates Mat and Tower exercises, ideas and sweat galore.

We will review what the Power House is really all about. It's different actions in their logical progressions. This workshop, instead of concentrating on the work on the Reformer or Mat, will explore how the same Power House actions apply equally to the vocabulary of the Wunda Chair.

Create a new challenge for your more advanced classes! This workshop will review the Reformer order, exercise details and their application to the mat. No springs, no straps, just you and gravity. The breakdown of the Setup/Action/Precision of the exercises help achieve greater clarity and will add depth to the cueing. Be prepared to move and sweat!

In this workshop, you will learn and review the Intermediate/Advanced level Barrel exercises. Come prepared to view the Set up/Action/Precision as well as cues for all exercises to help deepen the workout experience for your clients.
