This workshop is ideal for instructors and strong intermediate level clientele who want to review the exercises, transitions and variations of the intermediate reformer. We will focus on optimal technique, as well as the progressions to the advanced level.

This workshop will focus on reviewing the Intermediate Mat exercises and variations. Learn how to challenge an intermediate student by utilizing intermediate and some advanced level exercises.
