During the Advanced Mat, you will learn the 14 Advanced level exercises and where to add them within the sequence of the Intermediate level mat class. The training will deepen your understanding of the essential components of the Power Pilates teaching tools and formula. You will learn how to incorporate the advanced exercises safely and effectively into your client's repertoire.

YOUR TEACHER TRAINER
Stacie DombrowskiStacie Dombrowski has been teaching in the exercise industry for over twenty years, beginning as an aerobic instructor in Florida. In 1988, Stacie received her Masters degree in Exercise Science from Florida Atlantic University and continued on as a personal trainer and aerobic instructor at many of the exclusive country clubs in South Florida.
Moving to North Carolina in 1995, Stacie began yoga and pilates training. She received her original Pilates teacher training from The Physical Mind Institute in 2000 and also became a registered Yoga Alliance instructor in 2002. In 2003, Stacie became a Power Pilates Teacher Trainer and in 2006 Stacie added Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) certification. Stacie continues to enjoy teaching pilates at Triangle Pilates in Cary, North Carolina.
