Cancellation Policy

All sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to the time of the appointment. If you do not cancel in time, you will be charged the full amount for the session. If there is an appointment available, you do have the option to reschedule with the same instructor on the same day, during the instructors current shift.

We regret we must enforce the policy strictly. It is a courtesy to our instructors who are compensated on a per client basis. We will make exceptions of severe circumstances or physical inability. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
