Private Session

One hour session with you and one trainer on all apparatus.

Duet Session*

Two people with one instructor on all apparatus. Both people book together. *Two person rate, one single voucher is pulled per session, regardless if one or both clients arrive for the appointment.

Semi-Private Session

Up to three people per instructor on all apparatus.
