Power Pilates System Training
Levels 1, 2, 3
We recognize that not everyone has the luxury of dedicating 6-9 consecutive months towards Pilates education, including having the time to complete 600
Apprentice hours. Our System Training Programs (Levels 1-3) will allow you to receive quality classical-style Pilates education in a time frame that is more conducive to your busy life. These programs are ideal for people with less flexible schedules.
Each self-study program (Levels 1-3) will allow you to fully understand and teach classical style Pilates sessions on the apparatus (Mat, Reformer, Chairs, Cadillac, Small Barrels and Magic Circle), but allows you to learn in three stages. The three stages are: Level 1 - Beginner/Intermediate; Level 2 - Intermediate; Level 3 - Advanced.
During these programs you will have more in-class time to learn, practice and drill the material. The self-study portion will require you to complete 10-12 self-study practice hours each week on your own. You will practice teaching what you learned during the weekends and refine your teaching skills. You can practice at the studio where you are training (during limited hours) or on your own if you have access to apparatus.
