Registration Checklist

Check the the requirements that you have completed below.
Must check all boxes in order to move on.

Beginner Mat Requirements:

Attend a minimum of 10-15 mat classes prior to the certificate weekend. If you are unable to find a Power Pilates instructor near you, do the Power Pilates Beginner Workout DVD .
Read chapters 1-3 and 6 of Anatomy of Movement by Blandine Calais-German.
Spoke to someone at the central office or studio where you are signing up for the program
Sent in Student Contract and Student Registration Form by mail/fax to central office in NYC Print Student Contract and Registration Form (PDF)

If you do not have prior anatomy background, we recommend that you attend our Basics of Anatomy course. Check our Continuing Education calendar for course dates.
