Kiara is a Power Pilates Comprehensively certified instructor after completing her 600 hour training. She also is a barre certified instructor and loves to combine both pilates and barre in her classes. After many injuries from being an avid runner, she attended pilates classes for physical therapy. Because of the way pilates completely changed her body, she decided to become certified and teach others the incredible benefits pilates has to offer. She hopes that her clients experience not only an amazing workout, but also grasp the mind-body connection that is unique to pilates.
