The practice of yoga makes your body healthy and strong, your mind clear and free of unnecessary monkey chatter, Chitta Vritti, providing clarity of thought. Actively balancing physical movement - asana, with breath -pranayama, and meditation will bring healing and stress relief. My classes always include a positive dharma talk, focused breath awareness combined with some meditation and an ageless vinyasa with alignment and posture. Yoga brings calmness. I focus on having fun, centering, mindfulness by balancing what life may throw your way and just LET GO of anything that does not serve you.
