A mat Pilates class with added resistance using hand weights (or any substitute you have at home, i.e. wine/water bottles) and a ball or magic circle. This class targets total body strengthening and lengthening and is a great way to wake up the mind and body! If toning, flexibility, better posture, and a better mind/body connection is a goal for you, then this class is for you! See you on the mat Wednesday mornings (all levels welcome)!
