In this class we will complete the 34 advanced mat Pilates exercises. We will work on refining the complete classical mat sequence, while working on speed, endurance, and focus. This is an advanced class and students should have prior Pilates experience. Please bring 2 to 3 lbs. weights (or household items) for the arm weight series.
