Joseph Pilates created a beautiful progression on an often-overlooked piece of equipment, the Barrel. Wipe the dust off your Barrel and remember what a great piece of equipment it can be! The Barrel allows access to gradually open two very restricted areas of our body, the hips and shoulders. We will work through this progression from the Small Barrel up to the Ladder Barrel in such a way that it becomes easier to choreograph the Barrels into almost every workout.
