In this 55 minutes class you will be guided with mindfulness and anatomical precision through creative yet simple sequences. As you move with the pace of your breath, this class will help you build your body's strength and flexibility, and increase your focus and concentration through breath control. You will start to feel energized, stronger and more limber in your body and mind. Variations are provided in each class so students can choose their best options. The class will end with a brief meditation practice where you will learn breathing and relaxation practices that aim to lower the heart rate and blood pressure as well as disrupt habitual patterns of thought.
