| Tower Progressions
The focus of this workshop will be on the Tower Class format and progressions, so that all of your classes are safe, effective, and fun! Together we will learn/play with creative ways to organize your progressions while maintaining the flow of the workout. We will cover all levels; Introductions to Advanced progressions. Come with questions and be prepared to move.

| Advanced Mat Class Review (Transitions and Flow) w/ Julie Hegge Cordier
This workshop will take you through the classical technique and proper teaching tools for an Advanced Level Mat class. Refine your knowledge of the exercises, develop new and more efficient cues, and learn how to take your client to the next level with efficient flow and transitions from one exercise to the next. Kick it up a notch and give your advanced client a more well rounded and challenging workout on the mat. Prerequisites: Instructors and clients with advanced mat experience. |

| Small Barrel and Spine Corrector (With Extended Vocabulary) w/ Julie Hegge Cordier
The Spine Corrector, dusty and long forgotten in the corner of your studio, has many great uses. Learn how to incorporate it into your Mat work. You can even give a full class on it! Learn how to use it for "Individual Needs." In addition to the Spine Corrector, we'll take a look at its cousins, the Small Barrel and the Ladder Barrel. Come prepared to work out and have fun! Prerequisites: Open to Instructors and Intermediate/Advanced level clients. |

| Pilates for Seniors w/ Julie Hegge Cordier
This workshop is geared to help you teach elderly clientele how to utilize the classical Pilates method effectively. As Joseph used to say, "You are only as old as your spine is flexible." We will discuss some common injuries, weaknesses, and limitations of our older clientele, and learn how to challenge and advance them while playing it safe and still having fun. Prerequisites: Open to all instructors and clients. |
