During the Core Mat II weekend, you will learn 12 intermediate level exercises, including where to add them within the sequence of the beginner level mat class, and continue to work on your teaching skills. Our students say that "everything starts to click" during the Core Mat II weekend. Completing the Core Mat II weekend expands the range of clients you can work with and strengthens your teaching ability. Core Mat I & II are required to progress to the Comprehensive program.

Daniel GaouetteDaniel began his Pilates journey as a student in 2012. He was instantly attracted to the mindbody connection demanded by the practice and the increased awareness he felt in his body. Daniel was later mat certified at the Kane School of Core Integration at Kinected and completed his original 600 hour Comprehensive Certification at Core Pilates NYC. After discovering Power Pilates Studio NYC he was impressed by the quality of instruction demonstrated across the board by every teacher on staff. Daniel was thrilled to bridge into the Power Pilates Method and found that by utilizing the Classical, Systematic, and Integrative approach his teaching was vastly improved and his clients could feel the difference! As a Teacher Trainer Daniel is thrilled to have the opportunity to inspire future Pilates teachers with his passion for Classical Pilates in tandem with the Power Pilates Method.
