During this workshop you will learn progressions for the Wunda Chair that you can utilize during an Intermediate or Advanced session. These progressions are based on the "individual needs" of the client. Come prepared to move. Open to instructors and Intermediate/Advanced Wunda Chair level clients.

More than the ordinary challenge! In this workshop you will learn or review the Jumpboard exercises suited for advanced clientele. The Jumpboard offers an element of cardio with another challenge for the Powerhouse. Come prepared to move, sweat and have fun!

In this 4 hour workshop we will go beyond just learning terminology. We will drive into neutral pelvis and neutral spine. We will spend time not only defining both but also learning how to use this ideal placement with our clients. How do we cue it and how do we know they "got it." We will also explore common misconceptions clients have about properly using their abdominals and buttocks. Lastly, we will spend some time looking at optimal shoulder placement.
