	How to Format a Multi-Level Tower Class w/ Meaghan Maxwell The focus of this workshop will be on the Tower Class format and progressions so you can create a safe, effective, and fun workout! Together we will learn/play with creative ways to organize your progressions while maintaining the flow of the workout. We will cover all levels Intro-Adv progressions, so come with questions and be prepared to move. Prerequisites: Apparatus Certified Instructors.
