Mimi AJ Lyou has had a long and distinguished career in Pilates, with over 20 years of experience as an instructor and educator. She received Master Teacher Trainer status with Power Pilates in 2019, which is the highest level of certification and prestige in the industry. Mimi has also completed numerous additional trainings and workshops, including Romana Pilates instructor training. She is the owner and director of Power Pilates Korea and continues to teach Pilates education programs in Seoul and internationally.
