Founded in 2016 by power couple and renowned trainers, Trixie and Leo Velez, DEFIN8 FITNESS strives to empower every individual to move with purpose. In November 2021, the studio was relocated to Silver Fortune Plaza, just right in the heart of Central. The expansive, hybrid studio is a dream come true with state-of-the-art facilities including Hong Kong's first ever INFARED Pilates facility designed to rejuvenate your body on a cellular level and from the inside out. Fan favorites include reformer-based REFORM8 and FAT BURN +AB BLAZE group classes that are designed to drive effective and sustainable results for any and every individual.
The DEFIN8 FITNESS' team consists of certified trainers that lead over 200 group classes and personal trainings weekly, including Les Mills BODYPUMP™, REFORM8 Pilates, FATBURN + AB BLAZE, BARRE and ZUMBA. DEFIN8 FITNESS also caters to providing private personal training for Pre/Post Natal, injury rehabilitation and bridal training for individuals who would want to improve on core, strength and mobility, among others.
