Carla Brown

Carla discovered Pilates while she was fighting to regain her health after suffering from chronic lyme disease and fibromyalgia. When she saw in her own body how the Pilates movements heal, she knew she had to share it with others. She has trained with Power Pilates, as well as Kathi Ross Nash, Bob Liekens, Jay Grimes, Mari Winsor, Dana Santi, Brooke Siler, Chris Robinson, Peter Fiasca, Larry Gibas, and Moses Urbano.
