This participatory workshop will focus on reviewing the Beginner and Intermediate Mat exercises and modifications. We will work on drills and give you more tools to increase your expertise. This workshop will be helpful for those teaching mat as well as apparatus sessions. Be prepared to move, practice and ask questions. We will also explore the teaching tools and teaching formulas best utilized when teaching an Open Level Mat Class.

Upon Successful Workshop Completion
You will receive an assessment-based certificate that recognizes your successful completion of all the prescribed education material.
You will recieve the applicable countinuing education credit hours towards your current certificate level and Advanced Studies Mat Certification
