问: Who can do Pilates?

一个: Everyone and anyone willing to dedicate themselves to regular Pilates sessions can enjoy the benefits of Pilates. Pilates is beneficial to all ages, genders, athletic abilities, and people with disabilities. The exercises are organized into beginner, intermediate, advanced, and super advanced workouts so that expert instructors can customize each session.
