A Movement Motivator, I have been teaching Yoga, Pilates, Barre, BoneFitness and Pilates for over a decade. With countless teacher trainings under my belt and hundreds of hours in continuing education courses I take great pride in teaching to the diverse population of students in front of me. Giving my students the skills to understand the human body in movement, while having fun is my greatest joy.
Today I find myself teaching in corporate settings such as Hospitals, Law Firms, and office spaces around downtown Toronto. Giving staff the well needed break during their work day to move better and feel better!
