I studied preclinical years in Charles University and took my Bachelors in Law in AAUM in Prague, Czech Republic. I was working as a legal advisor for private sector in Kuwait for eight years.
I always loved Pilates on mat and reformer. I was practicing from my mid twenties and through out my four pregnancies! In 2015, I decided to become an instructor and take certifications in
group exercise and pre choreographed programs. Since 2018, I am working as a GX in Fitness First 360 Mall in Kuwait City. I took many programs in the past 5 years, like Les Mills, TRX and
Fitness First signature programs. Recently , I took certificate of Nutrition by ISSA. I am also a PT level 3, certified by Active IQ. I love constant learning and my dream is to progress in Pilates education.Pilates helped me a lot in core strengthening post pregnancy and gave me back the confidence to recover fast and efficiently.During the lockdown , it was an opportunity for me to take
this course and I am so excited about it! In Kuwait we do not have training centers for Pilates.Thank you for giving this great course!
