Stretching is defined as a form of exercise in which a specific muscle or tendon is deliberately flexed or stretched in order to improve the muscle's elasticity and range of motion. In this workshop, we will learn about the 7 different types of stretching, go over all the classical exercises that have stretching inherently built in, learn how to assist your clients in stretching and how to make a client feel as if they are getting a stretch session when in reality they are just getting a Pilates session.
