This 16 hour program gives students an overview for conducting small group training Tower classes. The course provides a review of Mat class exercises and provide attendees with the ability to teach Level 1 Tower utilizing the Power Pilates art of Teaching.

Gali Fitoussi is from Philadelphia, PA. She got certified in Boca Raton, Florida in 2010. It was love at first sight for Gali! She started classes to help with her knees and lower back pain and became hooked. She felt energetic, stronger, and the pain was gone. Gali decided to get certified in Pilates to help others. Her piece of advice for those who want to become a certified Pilates instructor is to keep it simple and stay grounded with the classical method. Read the room and allow yourself to be flexible and creative! Gali served in the Israeli Army, and she and her husband have two boys and a bunny.

Student Cancellations and Transfers: We understand that sometimes plans change. Refunds are not available for any Power Pilates programs. However, you can transfer to another program or hold a credit on file to use in the future if you are unable to attend your registered program and notify us before the first day of classes. An additional $150 change fee applies to all program changes, transfers, and cancellations, due when the new program is chosen.

Postponements by Power Pilates: Power Pilates reserves the right to postpone or reschedule any program or course at any time in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as war, riots, fire, flood, snowstorm, hurricane, typhoon, earthquake, lightning, explosion, financial limitations, strikes, lockouts, sickness, and acts of state or governmental action prohibiting or impeding Power Pilates from performing its respective obligations. Refunds are not available for any Power Pilates programs. Students will be notified and have the option of attending the alternate date, holding a credit on file, or enrolling in the same level of the Online Academy.
