The Mat Academy program provides an engaging and interactive medium to learn our essential Core Mat I, Core Mat II, and Core Mat III courses. Each subsequent program builds upon the information learned from the previous course.
The Complete Mat Academy is composed of 21 total modules. These modules include video and animated lessons, quizzes, workouts, and supporting document downloads.
