Lily graduated with a degree in finance and worked in the banking and financial services industry for over a decade. After bilateral hip surgeries and 18 months of physical therapy, she was still not feeling 100% as she did before her injuries. Lily discovered Pilates while living in Dubai. it changed her body from the inside out one session at a time and had a positive impact on her life as a whole. Lily decided to get certified as a Pilates instructor in order to help others and become part of their healing journey to build a stronger more balanced body.
