I've done pilates for approximately 10 years, but really "found" pilates undertaking rehabilitation with a physiotherapist following a car accident in 2011. Pilates allowed me to gain strength, mobility and completely eliminate my back pain. I continued practicing Pilates and in no time at all I was fitter, stronger, and more agile than I had ever been.

From where I've come from, to where I am now, has given me a passion to teach and motivate people to change their lives through physical movement. My mission is to help people reach a new level of physical fitness, regardless of their background to improve their wellbeing. I approach students with compassion and full appreciation that sometimes it takes a few different approaches to get your body moving a certain way!
